The Ku Klux Klan (KKK), is the name of a far-right organization in the United States, which advocates extremist reactionary currents such as white supremacy, white nationalism, and antiimmigration, historically expressed through terrorism. Since the mid-20th century, the KKK has also been anticommunist. It is estimated to have between 5,000 and 8,000 members as of 2012. From the book “We are all equal”, by Finn Nygaard. Author Elsebeth Aasted Schanz, PhD, Manager and curator of the Danish Poster Museum.
